This is where i am at.

A week until i get to go shopping with my awesome supportive sibling fore makeup. And im just wanting now.

Im seeing mutual friends of my spouse and I post selfies with drag performers, another open thier house to a trans individual fleeing from another state.

Andnim still tip-toeing around my spouse's anger and projection, when i just want to reconcile Becca and the day to day me as the same person to a lot of people.

It has been about 2 years since I came out to my immediate family as genderfluid. And in this time in discussions with my GP, who believes I'm Trans, but just cope with the disphoria, I have tried to girl up as often as I can..it takes a lot of effort however. Hello it's been a while. I've grown...

Having been in a rut since my last trip to reading in August, I opted to push myself to go out locally(ish)in girl mode. There was a local goth night in Swansea and I figured as the only other option was a Drag Bar for hen parties and gawkers (no thanks!) I would go. On Saturday I told my wife I needed to be done before it's time for me to go out, she paused, and asked in a dropped vocal tone if it was the goth night. She said that she had an invite and stomped back in her room.  I stood at the door and told her that I do not want to be the reason she doesn't do something she wishes to, and should go regardless, as we will have times we will inevitably bump into each other. After 2 minutes she said she didn't have a lift etc anyway. Later she had relaxed and even gave me a foundation shed not used as it wasn't right for her (and my usual one had come off too ruddy). yesterday was a bad day.

After melodrama Monday/Tuesday, and a particularly rough week in work (senior managers away and so the volume raised in the office) I've been rather burnt out emotionally and sensorily close to burnout. So I have been admittedly trying to keep away from wife and cats to have own space and recharge. After coming back from my run I perched in the conservatory to just get away, and this area is covered by one cameras as it's an exit. My wife after an hour came looking and asked why I am hermiting away from everyone. After explaining that after a week of loud noises and other people's thoughts invading my own all week I need quiet, even away from my cat as she tends to invade my personal space. I advised that this is bringing me close to a meltdown and I need to recover for the week ahead. She declared that my actions and motives were selfish, as she doesn't talk to anyone all day.
